Because Rehnquist was on the records as willing to overturn Roe, this is their shot at getting a CJ who won't. I pray they are wrong.

John Roberts is "willing" to overturn Roe, don't you doubt that for a moment. But he, nor anyone else as CJ, could do it with the Court as it is now.

He'll "vote" to overturn it at first Constitutional CHANCE... and they know it. That's the reason they're pitching this collective hissy fit.

It really is a state's issue, not a federal right. Not in this nation, under God, indivisible.
