Could you give me the 25 cent lesson of how you capture and post pics. I basically know how to capture but how do you get them from there to here?

You need a video capture card hooked up to your cable TV line, or if you can watch the video feed online through RealPlayer or Windows Media Player, you can capture the image from your screen by hitting "Print Screen" and pasting it into a graphics editing program. Then you need an online web account so you can post the image and hot-link it in your post.
