Actually, although he has ballooned, he would have fit fine in the new, more roomy Prius. The Toyota Highlander SUV Ford Escape SUV, and Mercury Mariner SUV would have been okay for him.
My brother has a year-old Prius. I'm a bigger balloon than algoe and I fit in it just fine. Brother even carries his doghouse bass fiddle around in it. It's a great car. I wouldn't mind having one.
