If they did it to suit the "TOPOGRAHY, then why is the left side higher than the right? You would think that the opening would be at the lower portion, near the water features. As a land developer, in WV, I know a little about hills and valleys!
It is facing Mecca, is the most often supposition... and is a slap to the victims, and their families.
