I didn't think those old Selectrics could type cursive.

Sure they could. It was monospaced, to be sure, and some of the letters didn't join up perfectly, but still a pretty impressive type design considering. Somewhere I have a monospaced script font in TTF--not sure if it's derived off the Selectric ball or not.

Well, I learned something new, I was just making a joke, I would never have guessed they really did type cursive.

Count me a little suspicious that this is real. That's why I said what I did. For all we know Dan Rather DID type this!

There's a sample of that old cursive typewriter font in that "RAW" tour memo image that Tonk posts to all the threads, the one listing Kerry as the Boston contact for the event.
