But why do you think this will be removed in whatchamacallit? The Senate has been shoving this at the House for years now.
And you said if Tancredo and Kuichich or whatever his name is are on the same side something is strange, and I don't necessarily disagree. But what's your take on it?

Where's the text of the amendment? (I read through the two versions of the bill listed at the website and could not find this amendment).
The roll call vote is meaningless unless it is understood within exact context of the amendment.
