What was that cartoon with the coyote and the Sheep Dog who punch the clock then the sheep dog beats up the coyote who is trying to steal the sheep, but when 5 O'Clock hits, they are friendly to each other again.

It was a Looney Toons. Sometimes they'll still show it during the Bugs Bunny hour on Cartoon Network.
