Remembering that Roe v. Wade basically violated the doctrine of stare decisis. It cited no relevant precedent prior to 1960.

We should change the Pledge to say:

"One Nation, under a rock, with liberty and justice for minorities and other selected liberals."

Not only that Roe-and the next year Doe v.Bolton were both
based upon Fraud perpetrated.there simply is NO right to privacy among the enumerated rights the Federal government has jurisdiciton over. And these both violate the principle of a God given right to life found in the fundamental law of the Declaraiton of Independence.
