The concensus now being that Judge Roberts will be a shoo-in as the next chief justice, would it not behoove Sen. Frist to remove Snarlin' Arlen from the chairmanship? He will most certainly show his ass and his true colors once the next justice is appointed, and he cannot be trusted. Better to head off a crisis, now, than wait until Specter has an opportunity to torpedo a true conservative.

Just my two-cents.

I think Frist was counting on Cancer to do that for him. Now, he might have to move Spectre out by force, which the MSM would just love to see.
