It's hard to tell how they could ever actually prove the case.

According to Fox News just now, the owners were given opportunities to get the patients out in advance of the storm and refused to do so.

These owners are in serious trouble.

If I were to have the vision and knowledge of my deceased grandmother choking and dying while attempting to inhale the fetid waters of Louisiana, I would call the Attorney General of La. and my personal counsel.

This is one of the most horrific events to make the news.

I assign not blame. I will watch the trial, if the matter comes before the court.
