In the news conf with President of Iraq a reporter asked President Bush if he took blame. He said yes, I am the President and I will take the blame and we will find out where we went wrong.

If he can take the "blame" then he can also take the credit when investigation proves the fed response was superlative, or better than adequate. This sounds a bit like Bra'er rabbit, and Bra'er fox here. Lets watch this play out.
