Roberts actually thinks lawyers should advocate their client's position and judges should impartially rule? The Horrah!

I find nothing wrong with advocating your clients position. I do find Roberts involvement in Romer v Evans to be very troubling. It's called personal morals. And SCJ Scalia said he wouldn't have assisted the gay militant activists in overturning that decision by Colorado voters.
