Another value of Roberts' confirmation as CJ..figure he serves 25 years..and averages 3 law clerks per annum....I'd wager that 25 years fom now, 10+ of his clerks will be on the federal bench..many of those on the circuit courts..and maybe even one SC Justice..

You and I know it's too early for Brown; It would only be seen as a panacea anyway. Then again, Roberts (though of amazing status and accomplishment), was moved up for CJ.
What could be additional problems with Edith Jones that we don't know about?
