I agree. This is the first hearing my husband has ever been able to watch a hearing, and he's absolutely disgusted, but he assures me, that the rudeness of Kennedy and Biden are not playing well with Mr & Mrs John Q.
Polite questioning (even the same questions) would be better received by the folks, but neither Kennedy nor Biden are men enough to take the high road. He said both men are pigs and I agree....lol.
The contrast of Roberts trying to be engaging and discussing the law (which he so loves) with the panel and watching Kennedy/Biden's bully act speaks volumes as to which are the gentlemen one can look up to and emulate and those who have occupied the seat far too long. If dems could look past their bias, they too should be embarrassed.
Except the MSM will edit so that the rudness/pigstyle questioning will look like Roberts is evading. It will be sound bites thrown out in the evening news.
That is how most of the dems I know get their opinions. OTOH, the republicans I know are news junkies.
