Not at all. I'm just arguing the validity of John Roberts as a nominee for the USSC. Frankly, I believe he will be approved by the Senate. But that doesn't mean I sit by in silence. If the SC doesn't evolve into a more conservative, originalist and constitutionalist court in the short term, I see America's future filled with more liberalism and socialism. We have to turn the tide and we have to turn it soon.

With all due respect you are panicking over nothing. We do not want activist judges of any stripe. Roberts embodies that. Throw him under the bus, who would you appoint?
