Speaking as an agnostic, it would depend on what exactly happened to all the agnostics.The current plan is that they'll be allowed to be agnostic privately. However, if they publicly declare their agnosticism, they'll be stoned to death.

Well, they are always free to go live somewhere else, or start their own country founded on agnostic priciples, and endure persecution to the death, just like the Christians.
