OK you can have the presumption. BTW, bacteria spin their flagella, eucaryotes wave them and are called flagellates. Bacteria are not called flagellates. Do the calculation of a bacterial flagellum's momentum and the viscosity of the surrounding medium and you will see why it's so easy to stop the "spinning" and start it in the reverse direction.
This "problem" with evolution is a Creationist canard that has long been put to rest, but so are practically all anti-evolution arguments presented on these threads. Yet they still keep coming back like a bad lunch.
