wondering how you will phrase your reaction to this memorial design... Well, I probably should not respond to anything related to Flight 93 for other reasons, but I think this is a phony controversy for a phony issue. We have better fish to fry.

I respect your reticence.
However, I don't think this is a phony controversy in terms of the design and its multiple similarities to Islamic features.
It may be a "phony controversy" in the sense that the designer's protestations of innocence are false.
