And wouldn't it be funny if Blanco's handlers turn out to be Clintonites, and were the ones to advise her to keep out supplies and help till the media could blame Bush?

That would be very much in keeping with the Clintonian past strategies. Among other things,will we ever know what really happened to Commerce Secretary Brown, or Vince Foster? If that is the game being played , Blanco wants to play it smart, she could end her days under a partially submerged New Orleans barge.

Machiavelli is alive and well, reincarnate in the Clinton "Hillary for President" campaign. The knives are out early in this one.
