I think George W is probably a lot different with employees in private than in public because you cannot dress down an employee in front of People. In such an important job as working for the President you better not mess up and he is like his Mama a hard as$. Tough cookies, that is what you need to keep a tight ship. I will bet that that backbiter colin Powell has been spilling his guts, it would not be out of character because he was a huge leaker when he was Secretary of State.
