Really? That's unusual for a black bear to eat people.Black bears eat more people than Grizzlys do. Fact. There are a lot more black bears than grizzlys, and they are much more commonly in contact with people.
I'm not saying that black bears don't attack people. ( With good reason in many cases!) But eat them? Black bears are not nearly as carnivorous as Grizzlies are.
