What a bloviating (the only thing O'reilly has said in the last year that I chose to remember!) blame shifting, alternate-reality-dwelling piece! Did the good people of Louisiana forget how to tar and feather, ride out of town on a rail? I understand they're kinda busy now, but once they get back home, I would hope they take this bully to task!
I agree, the look on her face as they closed the segment told volumes, she was very grim and knew that she had performed poorly, Way, way out of her league!
In the second part of the interview, which I didn't transcribe, Wallace confronted her with some criticism from a Washington Post editorial, accusing her of spending money on pork projects. Wallace also showed some footage of her complaining about the Bush administration wasting money that should have been spent on flood control.
