Lousyanna is a universal joke in Texas.They been evacuating to here for decades. Most Texans older than 20 and with an IQ over 80 avoid the place.

Maybe in some circles but you are speaking of the LA government - right? Some might think you are speaking of the people and I just wanted to clarify.

Well, .... let's see if the good people of the state are willing to have a decent government now. Seeing as how the rot has been now fully exposed. I have serious doubts.
