Earlier today, Fox said that Blanco would have a Presser @ 3PM from Texas. Did anyone else hear this, or have I finally lost it? If I heard correctly, what happened? I really wanted to hear what the Gov of LA had to say for herself and her administration.

11:30 a.m. Depart for Houston.

12:30 p.m. Arrive in Houston.

1:00 p.m. Arrive at Astrodome and will be greeted by Harris County Judge Robert Eckels, who is in charge of all evacuation centers in Houston. Meet with Judge Robert Eckels and Houston Mayor Bill White.

2:00 p.m. News briefing.

2:30 p.m. Depart Astrodome for airport.
