I always thought that Colin Powell was one of those overrated media creations. His performance as Secretary of State was not inspiring. Rice is so much better.
Plus, he was rolled by the French twice at the UN. How does that happen.
He always appeared listless and tired to me. That's what happens, I guess, when you'll get a positive review from the media no matter how poor your performance.
