This is a different parish so this is NOT Nagin's problem. This is St. Bernard Parish and has a different person in authority.

I realize that it is a different parish.
However, that doesn't excuse Nagin for those bodies floating inside the city limits of NO.
However, in my opinion Governor Blank-0 was more inept than any that I saw.
