Poor decisions are one thing, poor decisions that kill 30 people are another.

I'm with you, OP. The lady who made the decision to stay is dead too...she has already paid the price herself for her poor judgement.

Well when poor decisions causes the death of others who are under your care it doesn't matter if there aren't enough wardens. That just means we need to fire up ol' sparky more often.
