15-Year-Old Charged With The Murder and Dismemberment Of His Mother
Buffalo Police say they have solved the case of the human body parts found inside a suitcase in the Black Rock Canal just over 2 weeks ago. Officials say that a 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of his mother and a 50-year-old man may have put him up to it.
Police identified that the body parts belonged to 46-year-old Madeline Irene of 500 Fargo Avenue in Buffalo. Detectives are still trying to piece together all the details but say what they have discovered so far is very disturbing.
Police believe 50-year-old Edwin Jimenez moved to 26 Sherwood from California about a year ago and established a relationship with Madeline Irenes 15-year-old and 12-year-old sons. They believe that Jimenez then psychologically influenced the 15-year-old boy to kill his mother. Jimenez has also been charged with kidnapping and sodomizing the 12-year-old boy.
Heres how police pieced all the details together: a 20-pound rice bag was used to weigh down the suitcase that contained a human torso back in August. On that rice bag was a proof-of-purchase sticker from Tops. Detectives then worked with Tops and found that Madeline Irene used her bonus card to purchase a 20-pound bag of rice. Irene had also been reported as missing around that time frame. Investigators went to 500 Fargo Avenue and found the 15-year-old who led them to 26 Sherwood where Edwin Jimenez was staying.
Buffalo Police Commissioner Rocco Diina would not detail how the murder occurred but said as the investigation continues they hope to charge Jiminez along with the 15-year-old in the murder and they will proceed methodically, intelligently in this investigation to make sure that every i is dotted, every t is crossed so this heinous crime can be solved completely and this 50-year-old will never see the light of day again.
Police say they did recover evidence at Jimenez's home, including a large garbage can filled with concrete that could contain more body parts.
The 15-year-old boy was arraigned this morning and is being held in the Juvenile Detention Center while Jimenez is in the Erie County Holding Center. The 12-year-old boy is staying with relatives.
The NY Times will no doubt have a theory to place the blame for this on George Bush.
How could "W" let this happen?! /sarcasm
Try doing it so he will never breathe air again...
Fitting punishment is 5 years in prison with CHILD RAPIST tatooed on his back and chest and forehead, followed by execution (if necessary).
TOPS is good when it comes to working with the police. Some years ago, some idiot decided to rob the store. He bought a pack of gum or something to get the cashier to open the drawer. He only had a dollar on him and the item was more but on sale, so she asked if he had a BonusCard. He did. The idiot handed her the card, robbed the store at gunpoint, and met the police who were waiting for him when he arrived home. Can anyone say "Darwin Award"? This is a terrible story, though, and I hope he gets shown the same mercy he showed.
Homosexual Agenda Ping.
Horrible, horribler, horriblest.
I can't say anything except WHERE THE **** IS THE DEATH PENALTY?
Freepmail me and DirtyHarryY2K if you want on/off this pinglist.
I assume that was an attempt at humor, but if so, it was a failed one.
There's a Homosexual Agenda ping list?
I've run the Homosexual Agenda Ping list for quite some time, currently DirtyHarryY2K is sharing the load. It can be very busy.
I also do a Moral Absolutes Ping list which has more leeway and can get quite philosophical.
If you want on either one, just freepmail me.
putting him in prison with that on his back . . . the government can save their execution money.
