I hate to compare New York City on 9/11 with New Orleans and Katrina, but the differences are profound. These pictures show the NYPD and NYFD performing heroic deeds. I then see pictures of the NOPD in a Wal Mart looting. There is a huge difference between the character of Mayor Rudy and a guy(?) named Ray who claims to be mayor of NOLA.
