You've got to be joking. "Engineering" and "project estimate" are terms that he has quite probably never written, spoken, nor communicated in any manner - not even in ebonical form.
He probably has used the terms in the past. In the present he's a poseur pretending to be "street", even though he grew up middle class, his mother being a professor of English at Chicago State University. His father is a former Black Panther who went on to be a photographer and is now a pastoral counselor. It's uncertain if he talks that way because it's his act, or whether he did actually manage to grow up that ignorant
