Plus....a contract was awarded to
Kellogg Brown and Root.(a subsidiary of Halliburton)
Also an Allbaugh client.

Also...

Bechtel National Inc., a unit of San Francisco-based Bechtel Corp., has also been selected by FEMA to provide short-term housing for people displaced by the hurricane. Bush named Bechtel's CEO to his Export Council and put the former CEO of Bechtel Energy in charge of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.

Quit pointing those fingers....3 are pointing back at ya.

I'm sure everyone knows whose family owns a major portion of Bechtel....could it be a certain senator from California?

ALL of those companies are going to be audited up the ying yang. This is going to be one of the most carefully watched jobs in the history of this country.

Could be wrong, but I seem to recall that they were also awarded at least one contract in Iraq early on. Of course, not word one about that and there will probably not be anything out there about this as the company is owned by Sen. Feinstein's (D-CA)VERY wealthy husband. Every time the D's bring up Halliburton, the Pubbies should mention this and perhaps Clay Shaw's contract as well. They may be the best company for the work, but, as I understand it, so is Halliburton (think they are in a bit of a 'niche' field).
