Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Apparently the second ammendment isn't enough and is under debate. We need something to put a finer point on the wording, something to the effect that confiscation of any firearms is illegal period.
