Some guy who got evac to Houston, I think - first said FEMA is a joke, the Red Cross is a joke...said he's only gotten $700 so far, that he wants $20K, and we should give him "what the ____" he needs.
I liked it when he asked: "If we can't depend on the Federal government, who can we depend on?"
