What's the difference between a Bork and a Scalia?

Five Republican senators and a Republican Senate Majority.

If Bork had been nominated before 1986 senate elections he would be still would be on the SCOTUS.

Good question...Bork was actually a loud originalist, who brought too much baggage(as far as the RATS and some Repubs were concerned.)
Scalia was a quiet one - approved 98-0.
