Those were primarily coast guard and National Guard. To this date, the military has NOT acted in a law enforcement manner. The regular military got there Friday (24 hours after the meeting Bush had with Blanco in which she requested 24 hours to decide).

They would have been in there Thursday if she had been able to make up her mind on the spot.
