lincoln, the TYRANT & WAR CRIMINAL, also didn't have the authority to suspend the RIGHTS enumerated/guaranteed under the Constitution either. BUT that didn't stop him from issuing those IMMORAL & UNLAWFUL orders.
it seemed to me likely that you (as the ONLY one of the unionists who has both a functioning brain AND a sound education) could have come up with a better response.
