I've made donations to Petsmart and Petco because they are supposed to be helping these suffering animals. Is there any indication that either of their foundations are helping?

Best Friends is wonderful. They were johnny on the spot after 9/11 to bring dogs back to Utah from the NYC Humane Society. I'm going to send a check to them.
