Good. I hope that Brown is not fired, provided that he did not pad his resume. GWB demands honesty in exchange for his loyalty.

Well the news tried to imply he was fired "removed" and used that word administrative position as further clarification for a negative.

FEMA is not a mobile unit that sets up headquarters in the center of a given disaster. The headquarters position is located in WDC and there are other disasters to plan for.

The WH briefing yesterday--shown by Special Report with Brit Hume--made me seriously think Brown was in trouble with our President. George Bush stands firmly behind those whom he trusts--but Scott McClellan's refusal to say yea or nay to David (theLip) Gregory;s question as to whether the President still had confidence in Mr. Brown was a sure sign that Bush did NOT stand behind Brown. Otherwise, McClellan would have said--Yes. Period.

With President Bush, lying is NOT tolerated--and, to be honest, Brown did not do the administration proud in his performance. I shed no tears over the "loss" of Mr. Brown.
