So let me get this straight: 1) Gov Blanco would not give permission for Federal help. 2) Blocked the access of both the Red Cross and Salvation Army to provide relief supply's to the Superdome. 3) Wasted 24hrs trying to decide to Federalize the rescue or allow any help. Now I know why the President would use the Insurrection Act. She was about to cause one by saying "We need help! Where's the help!" and than not allowing the help to come. And tried to portray this to the world like they REALLY were not getting help. I think this is bigger than just Blanco and Nagin. Somebody else was pulling the strings with the stonewalling. Maybe they are now calling it the "Katrina Option" Blanco Cried People Died. Well since Sandy Berger used this card today we NOW know there is one more card back in the deck for her to use.

I'd bet the farm on this. DNC? Clintons? Who decided to block food and water from people at the Superdome, Convention Center, and I-10 overpass so that they could use thousands of suffering people as TV props while they blame Bush? They are guilty of conspiring to commit criminal negligence that resulted in wrongful death.
