it isn't really a restriction. Personally, tactical nukes would REALLY help are Mech infantry and Armored divisions sometimes.

But in reality, I just don't see it happening.

I also don't see tactical use as likely.
The coming war forced on us by the PRC will go Strategic fairly quickly.
We're not going to get involved in a land war there.

I think that all depends on how far the Chinese strategic rocketry forces are when the war happens.

They probably wouldn't want it to go that far if they couldn't respond in kind.

The chinese are much more rational than that idiot in North Korea.
