Tell a lie enough times until it sounds like the truth.
If a story doesn't sink your enemy, embellish as necessary.
Not enough public outrage? .... use race card.
If all else fails, remember to bring up the war in Iraq.
Demonize the military or refer to them as children who have been sent to fight a war for oil/Haliburton.... whichever is most effective.
Moore isn't smart enough to think that up himself, that's out of the Goebbels playbook, though I'm sure he borrowed it too, probably from Marx-Engels.
