Who's doing the confiscating? The NOPD? If martial law has not been declared, then the darn cops are breaking the law if they seize legally registered weapons.

It was the Nat'l Guard. One guy from the Oklahoma Nat'l Guard said it was weird to be doing this in America. His name was Fred Bible. He said it or one of the other guys did. It was NOT NOPD.

There are no "legally registered weapons" in Louisiana, which does not require registration. (with the exception of NFA like firearms, that is machine guns, short shotguns, short rifles, destructive devices, etc).
