If he is on probation, and of course he lied about what he did, when the details of the lies become publc knowledge, could not his probation be revoked?
Could he not then be tried for perjury?
I don't know that the door is completely closed yet. I think there will be more revelations about Able Danger, Oil for food, and other scams that are going to come back and bite them all. He couldn't fit the whole archive in his pants and they can't kill all of the witnesses.
Seems the Bush Administration isn't very interested in going after spies, is it? Gotta protect each other - professional politicians.
