Maybe Berger went to one of those mock trials at a lefty college where Julius and Ethel Rosenberg are found innocent of espionage. Figured he'd give it a try. And it worked!

In addition to stealing and destroying records from our National Archives, Sandy Berger has an even deeper history of betrayal ~ spend some doing a reread of Alamo-Girl's outstanding post of 08/25/1999 ~ Downside Legacy on Sandy Berger and then consider that Sandy Berger was (and most likely still is) earmarked for a high level position in hitlary's cabinet if she were to manage to win a Presidential election ....(Heaven forbid)!

Should we assume from the Berger sentence, that we can all expect the same if and when we should ever steal and destroy documents from the National Archives? What I mean is, is this a sentencing guideline? If this is law, should we expect it to be the rule in any future cases of such actions?

Should it have been "Your Honor," or was the way I did it correct? / If it's a DIM appointee, lowercase is fine!

LOL. But the we have the Supreme Court where Souter was nominated by 41 - I'm still confused here.
