Babineaux hasn't been seen/heard from in what, 4 days now?
I know- don't you find that just unreal? WHERE in the heck IS she?
No, yesterday after the mayor said it was a mandatory evacuation, she came on TV to say only she could order a mandatory evacuation and she was not doing so just yet. Then I read where the mayor does have the authority to order a mandatory evacuation.
Does anybody there know who is on first?
