The emergency plan called for NO Metro Buses and school buses to evacuate the people who could not go by priavate automobile. Mayor Nagin is caught between a rock and a hard place so he's using the race baiting and excuses to try to save himself. Now that he's used Gov Blanko as red meat to throw off the hounds, one has to wonder if he, or she for that matter, can ever recover politically.

One has to wonder exactly how many of the buses that in the end were used to evacuate the people of New Orleans actually did have bathrooms. Has Mayor Nagin never heard of a potty stop?
