Yes and she's demanding a commission on FEMA, eluding that while she was in office, (I mean her husband), FEMA was run outstandingly. She wants a commission on what's changed, but she and Congress voted to put this agency under more beauracry, under Homeland Security. So she wants a commission to investigate why FEMA is bogged down, that she helped put into place. Then I want to ask her, did they ever go through such a hurricane under these circumstances hitting New Orleans? I guess they even convinced that Democratic Governor to only listen to their FEMA guy Witt. No wonder she delayed necessary action at such a critical turning point. I'm sure that first response plan that New Orleans had to get out all the diabled and people with no transportation was just penciled whipped and the Governor's state Homeland Security officials never pointed out that what New Orleans plans state and the DVD that was released saying that basically those people were on their own. Sounds like a big circle jerk to me from the get go. But I guess one part of their plan to completely blame President Bush and FEMA doesn't fly in main stream America.

The main reason she is going after FEMA is to get her "village" off the headlines. She doesn't want an investigation of the rescue operation in “total". Any moron can see the difference, with this hurricane, between the state run with a republican governor and one with a democrat. Her "village" (Gov & Mayor) of fellow democrats would be hurt. She is taking the focus off them. After all, they have run the state for decades now, and MS is a prime example of what happens when a republican runs the state. There is no way can she let "socialism" be a part of the "investigation".
