How come Mississippi and Alabama got shafted when it came to handing out coastline? Looks like Louisiana and Florida got way more than their fair share.

How come Mississippi and Alabama got shafted when it came to handing out coastline? Looks like Louisiana and Florida got way more than their fair share. Cause when God said "coast" they thought he said "toast" and replied "No thanks, we'd rather have biscuits"
