You know, from a behavioral science POV, I have noticed that hysterical reactions to situations generally imply personal guilt, there would be no other reason for Landrieu in particular to start hurling wild accusations practically before the winds stopped. Senators Lott, Cochran,Shelby and Sessions did not have the same type of reaction, maybe because their consciences are clear? Just a thought!

Also that the Washington Post would publish this means the Democrats have opened up a can of worms they will come to regret. From the "victims" point of view, the kindness showed to them by their rescuers and the people caring for them now, will cause them to turn on state and local officials. They may be poor, but they are not so stupid to see that the state and local officials failed them.
