News, Bent, I've just been diagnosed with sleep apnea and it explains a lot Sleep apnea? Is that anything like insomnia? I can think of quite a few Canteeners who know all about insomnia...!
And a few who are familiar with the apnea, too.

Sleep apnea....some of my family members have this.
Insomnia...now I am on this side of the sleep disorders. ;)

Insomnia is when you can't sleep. Apnea is when you stop breathing during sleep. It prevents you from reaching Stage 4 sleep, so you never get restorative sleep. Both insomiacs and sleep apneacs (sp?) are usually tired all the time.
So, tell me who the insomniace are... :)
